Villa Artis (5br)

Villa Artis is a well appointed five bedroom villa located in the rural village of Umalas. Approximately 15 minutes to Bali’s International airport and a short drive to all the Seminyak facilites. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with a unique design each with personal bathroom.

Upon entering the villa there is a large open-plan living and dining area for relaxation or entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen and bar is located next to the dining area where the villa staff are able to prepare meals when required. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven and microwave. The villa also is famous for making a delicious selection of homemade ice creams and sorbets.

Additional facilities in Villa Artis include: Telephone, Satellite television, CD/DVD players, Wi-Fi Internet access, Safe deposit box and a back-up generator.

The very large gardens (4,300 m2) include a beautiful Balinese Bale Gede, a Javanese Bale by the swimming pool and a seperate trampoline and swing set in the shade for the children. There are huge trees and flowers also a large lotus pond. The swimming pool is fifteen meters long equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas overlooking the rice fields. The garden is designed with three different resting areas, offering a sample of the various architecture of the Indonesian Archipelago.
