Designed as a modern tropical holiday home the 3 bedrooms villas were built in soft combination of traditional Balinese and Mediterranean style. Maximizing natural material they expose combination of natural stones, woods, and thatched roof made of grass called “alang-alang”.
Located in Seminyak, the island’s trendiest holiday enclave, Petitenget beach is reachable within a few minutes walk. Some of the island’s most famous fine dining restaurants like The Livingroom, Hu’u, La Luciola, and Mano are cascading virtually at the doorsteps.
The 3 bedrooms villas comes with two pavilions and a garden gazebo. Downstairs the main pavilion are an open living room overlooking the swimming pool, dining area, and a compact fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two identical guest bedrooms each with queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, TV with international channels, and DVD player.
Opening to the swimming pool by French doors is the master-bedroom pavilion, allowing the sparkle enjoyable from its canopied king-size bed. Walk-through closet connects to the en-suite bathroom with double wash-basin and an oversized terazzo bathtub overlooking into a closed garden. TV with international channels and DVD player are also available.
Garden path from the living area leads to a poolside gazebo suitable for a relaxing massage or just simply lay-back to enjoy chilling breeze. Next to the gazebo along the poolside is a wooden pooldeck with sunloungers, parasol, and outdoor dining table.
The 2 bedrooms villas are composed of three pavilions and a garden gazebo surrounding the swimming pool in the middle. The main pavilion houses an open livingroom overlooking the swimming pool, dining area, and a compact fully-equipped kitchen. Between the living pavilion and the swimming pool is a wooden pooldeck with sunloungers, parasol, and outdoor dining table.
Two identical pavilions house the two bedrooms. Opening to the swimming pool by French doors the sparkle of the pool is enjoyable from its canopied king-size bed. A bit further down to the South is Jalan Laksmana with its string of luxurious boutique resorts like The Samaya, Resor Seminyak, and the Oberoi, as well as even more fine dining restaurants like Ku De Ta cascading along the golden sandy beach. A bit more further are the famous Legian and Kuta beaches.
With the newly completed Sunset Road, the area is reachable within approximately 20 minutes drive from both the International airport and the marina.
The main pavilion which is firstly reachable upon entrance has two floors. Downstairs are living area with comfortable couches and daybed, dining area with dining table for 6, and a compact modern kitchen. Upstairs are two identical bedrooms with large windows overlooking the swimming pool. Each bedroom has western en-suite with single wash-basin and bathtub.
On the other side of the swimming pool adjacent to the entrance gate is the master bedroom pavilion. The pavilion has French doors directly opening to the swimming pool in one side and large window opening out to the garden on the other one. Walk in closet connects the bedroom to en-suite bathroom with double wash-basin and oversized terazzo bathtub sitting in the middle of a closed garden.
Garden, gazebo, and wooden pooldeck with sunloungers and parasol are located on the other side of the swimming pool, at the opposite of the main pavilion.
